LIXIL Corporation, a global producer of water and housing products, has announced the grand opening of the LIXIL Water Experience Center in New York City’s historic Flatiron District. 

Additionally, American Standard also received a Ferguson Featured Counter Product Award for its Colony Soft Centerset bathroom faucet promotion.

Steven Delarge joined the company in July 2012 as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

No other changes in leadership have been announced. 

GROHE, American Standard, DXV, JOYOU and LIXIL/Inax remain independent global brands within LIXIL Water Technology Group.

Largest wholesale distributor of plumbing supplies in U.S. to provide American Standard products to market starting in 2014.

The combined sanitary businesses of both groups generate more than EUR 4 billion of annual revenue, making it the largest player in its industry. 

American Standard will remain headquartered in the U.S., and continue operating all existing facilities.
