American Standard announced a partnership with a TX-based developer to supply the water-saving plumbing products for the Urban Living Laboratory - an innovative new live/work development on 73 acres in Dallas, TX.
Part of a public-private partnership with the Texas A&M University System, the Urban Living Laboratory will be the world's largest LEED-certified research, demonstration and teaching laboratory.
With more than 1 million square feet of buildings, the entire community will be pedestrian-friendly, featuring walking trails and extensive green space. Environmentally friendly buildings with technologically advanced features and products will enhance the quality of life for the residents and tenants who live, work, shop and play within this community.
