Cindy Sheridan Appointed COO of PHCC Educational Foundation
Cindy Sheridan, has been named chief operating officer of the PHCC Educational Foundation. She will replace the current Foundation COO, Gerry Kennedy.
Cindy Sheridan, has been named chief operating officer of the PHCC Educational Foundation. She will replace the current Foundation COO, Gerry Kennedy, who now is the PHCC executive vice president. The appointment is effective immediately.
Sheridan has been a PHCC employee for nearly a decade, and joined the association as director of membership in October 2000. In January 2009, she was promoted to vice president of Member Services. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a national accreditation program for association professionals.
Among her achievements within PHCC, Sheridan is recognized as having spearheaded the creation of a popular monthly member Webinar program and guided the successful educational content, marketing and sponsorship sales for a re-branded annual convention in 2009. She also formulated marketing/branding strategies to reposition the association, redesigned an annual Leadership Conference and created a Regional Leadership Program.
