& Mechanical’s sister publication The NEWS.
Thompson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, which covers the metro Cincinnati and northern Kentucky area, recently was named as 2009 Best Contractor To Work For in the North Central region by Plumbing & Mechanical’s sister publication The NEWS.
“Winning the Best Contractor to Work For Award is just a small portion of the result of the ‘Win, Win, Win’ philosophy here at Thompson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling,” said company president Wesley Holm. “When our clients win and our employees win by having job satisfaction and are able to earn a good living for themselves and their families, then at the end of the day, Thompson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is a winner as well!”
Thompson grew more than 55 percent in 2009 when other area companies were closing. This growth made it possible for Thompson to provide jobs in the community to the many vendors and suppliers they work with. In addition, the Disabled American Veterans received a $22,470 donation from Thompson as a commitment to give back to the community.
