John Guest USA Celebrates 25 Years

This year marks the 25th anniversary for John Guest USA, the North American sales and distribution operation of John Guest Ltd., British manufacturer of push-in fittings, tube and plastic plumbing systems and fluid control products. The company has sold more than 434 million fittings to customers during the past quarter-century.

Located in Fairfield, N.J., the company operates a 46,541-square-foot facility housing administration, operations and warehousing, with 36 employees. It supplies more than 1,000 SKUs to industrial plumbing, retail and OEM customers across North America, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean.

For the residential and light commercial plumbing market, Speedfit fittings are used in hot/cold water services, hydronic heating systems and radiant in-floor heating systems. The John Guest Standard Line of push-in fittings, valves and tubing is supplied to the water purification-treatment market for potable water and other fluid applications in homes, restaurants and industry.

In addition, John Guest USA has supplied connectors used in fuel, brake vacuum, air suspension and low-pressure power steering systems to major domestic auto manufacturers such as Ford Motor Co.
