Quick Drain USA Wins Design Awards
Though it's relatively new to the American marketplace, Quick Drain USA has won design awards and accolades.
The International Interior Design Association (IIDA), in partnership with Hospitality Design magazine, announced Quick Drain USA as the winner of the “Accessories and Specialties” category in its 13th Annual IIDA/HD Product Design Competition at the Platinum Circle Awards Gala May 14 during the 2009 HD Expo in Las Vegas.
At the black-tie gala hosted by the Venetian Hotel Ballroom, the Quick Drain USA linear slot drain system was recognized by a panel of industry experts based on innovation, technical advancement, cost-effectiveness, environmental responsibility, aesthetic, industry need and usage, and for both client and end-user benefits.
According to the company, Quick Drain USA has garnered national acclaim in its short time in the American marketplace, taking home top product honors for the second time in as many tradeshows. Just two weeks prior, Quick Drain’s linear channel drain swept the Bath Competition at K/BIS 2009 in Atlanta. Quick Drain took home the “Gold Award” as the most innovative product at the show, as well the award for K/BIS “Best of Competition: Bath.”
