Cifial USA, a plumbing and hardware manufacturer with Portuguese roots, launched Cifial Tech, an applied learning institute. Cifial Tech provides customizable educational programs that allow manufacturers’ representatives, showroom sales professionals and plumbing professionals to explore the technical aspects of installing Cifial products.

The new 1,500-square-foot learning facility is situated inside the company’s new corporate headquarters near Atlanta.  

“Cifial Tech offers several learning tracks with programs tailored to suit each participants goals and knowledge level,” announced Jim Osborne, director of sales for Cifial USA. “Participants will leave with a full knowledge of how our products work and the numerous style options available.”

Cifial Tech participants will gain first-hand experience of Cifial products with workshops dedicated to:

• Faucet Installation – How to mount Cifial’s lavatory faucets (widespread, wall mount and single lever faucets)
  
  
• Designing Custom Shower Systems – Explore the technical side of how to pipe Cifial’s custom showers and gain a better understanding of Cifial’s showerhead offerings
  
  
• Roman Tub Applications – Training on the optimal way to mount and pipe Cifial Roman tub fixtures
  
  
• Cifial Hardware Overview – Gain a working knowledge of Cifial’s entrance sets and decorative hardware installation processes
