American Residential Services’ Rescue Rooter recently purchased Portland, Ore.-based Jack Howk Plumbing, a 65-year-old firm providing commercial, residential and remodeling services. It is unknown at this time whether management is staying with the plumbing firm, or if the company will keep its name.
ARS also purchased “Will” Fix It, a San Antonio plumbing, heating and cooling contracting company. ARS will keep the company’s brand name, staff and operational structure.
