Gerald “Jerry” Jubinville, 71, owner and operator of Jubinville Plumbing & Heating (Buckland, Mass.), died in his home Nov. 2.
Gerald “Jerry” Jubinville, 71, owner and operator of Jubinville Plumbing & Heating (Buckland, Mass.), died in his home Nov. 2.
Well known among his peers in the hydronic and oil heat trades, Jubinville was a quintessential “old school” contractor. He had a passion for knowledge of his industry, most recently attending the Oil Heat Retreat in Lancaster, Pa., in September, even though his health was failing.
His hometown was Buckland, and he served as plumbing inspector for several nearby towns. He was also past president of the Massachusetts State Plumbing Association.He is survived by his wifeRuthe, his children and stepchildren.
