At the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers annual awards banquet held at the 2006 NAOHSM Annual Convention in Hartford, Conn., the Garden State Chapter were the recipients of the second annual “Oil Heat Cares” Cup. The chapter learned that a family with 11 children - one sick with leukemia - had been without central heat for two years. The group made a conversion from gas to oil with the help of some donations. Pictured are Paul Cuprewich (left), Ken Paterson (holding the cup), Judy Garber and Dan Holohan (right).
