U.S. House Establishes Entrepreneurship Week
The U.S. House of Representatives recently passed H. Res. 699, a resolution supporting the establishment of National Entrepreneurship Week. Its aim is to bring national attention to the benefits of entrepreneurship in order to encourage educators to implement entrepreneurship programs in elementary and secondary schools.
The first National Entrepreneurship Week is tentatively scheduled for the final week of March 2007.
