Massachusetts Requires Continuing Ed For Plumbers

The Massachusetts legislature recently enacted legislation requiring continuing education for licensed plumbers and pipefitters. It also enables the state board to develop regulations governing apprenticeship requirements. It is anticipated that the requirements will be increased to meet federal Bureau of Apprentice Training standards.
