PCA Of Chicago Elects New President

The Plumbing Contractors Association of Chicago and Cook County elected Robert Melko, of Bishop Plumbing, Des Plaines, Ill., as its new president. One of Melko's top priorities is a national plumbing license law.
The PCA of Chicago and Cook County dates back to February 1882, the oldest trade association in the United States.
