NEBB Elects New President
January 1, 2005
The National Environmental Balancing Bureau elected Joseph Miller as its new president for 2005. Miller is commissioning administrator at Seneca Balance of Virginia, Alton, Va. Other 2005 officers are: Eric Jenison, president-elect; John G. (Jack) Cappell, vice president; and Clyde H. Porter Jr., treasurer.
