Moro Corp. Buys Mechanical Contracting Firm

Holding company Moro Corp. of Bala Cynwyd, Pa., acquired Bloomsburg, Pa.-based Rado Enterprises, a mechanical contracting firm. Rado provides HVAC, plumbing and process piping contractor services for industrial and commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and other such structures in the northeastern section of Pennsylvania. Annual sales are about $14 million.
