The Dwyer Group, parent company of Mr. Rooter, reported a 16 percent increase in revenues for 2002 for a total of $25.9 million; 2001 revenues were $22.4 million. Net profit was $2.9 million, or 40 cents per diluted share, up from $2.3 million in 2001. Fourth quarter revenues were $6.8 million, a 10 percent increase from the same period in 2001.

In other news, the company received the Export Achievement Certificate from the Texas Camino Real Export Council for its success in international expansion.
