What's new in the industry's Web sites.

  • The PHCC-National Association has added a new feature to its Web site - an “Election 2004” section which will allow members to register to vote, as well as keep tabs on the candidates and issues. Just visit www.phccweb.org and look for the “Election 2004” link on the right side of the home page.

Also new to the site: Business management and technical manuals, videos, courses and pamphlets found in the association's ToolBox catalog are now available online at www.phccweb.org/bookstore.

  • The Water Quality Association (www.wqa.org) has completed an Internet-based Task Control System that gives its members the capability to track all aspects of key point-of-use/point-of-entry industry initiatives and regulatory issues. The system also has a member review segment for comments on the initiatives, or “tasks.”

  • Build.com has partnered with Loan Liaison to offer its members and visitors to PlumbingHVAC.com, HomeBuilding.com, HomeIdeas.com and KBSource.com a comprehensive online loan solution serving both contractors and consumers.
