The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association recently launched its online Marketing Resource Center, accessible through www.phccweb.org. The center will have information on topics ranging from marketing terms and Yellow Page how-tos to customer thank-you cards and “How to Pick a PHC Pro.” Carbon monoxide safety bill stuffers and newsletters, radio scripts and industry coloring and puzzle books also are available.

Hercules Chemical Co. launched a newly-designed Web site, www.herchem.com, which details 100 of its chemical products and features an extensive technical database. The database has answers to hundreds of questions useful to both wholesalers and plumbing contractors, with quick access to MSDS and spec sheets.

The new Schier Products Co. Web site offers downloadable catalog pages, product submittals, product installation, and operation and maintenance guides for its drain line purity products.
