Siegenthaler Launches New Site

Plumbing & Mechanical hydronics columnist John Siegenthaler recently launched a new Web site, www.hydronicpros.com. The site includes an overview of the engineering and training services available through his company Appropriate Designs, as well as an e-store featuring a variety of technical publications and software for hydronic heating professionals. The tech corner offers downloadable, free articles on designing hydronic systems; these are available exclusively through the Web site.

Tool Auction Site Launched

ToolsAuctions.com is an exclusive tool marketplace to buy and sell a variety of new, reconditioned and used tools. It has developed partnerships with many of the leading tool manufacturers who post their closeout and reconditioned tools on the site at no charge. The site also has information on recalls, jobs, news stories and industry events.

Site Provides Nationwide Licensing

Contractor Services Co. introduced a database service for contractors to obtain a license for plumbing, HVACR, mechanical, electrical or general contracting throughout the country. The database includes state-certified contractors who are retired or inactive but still hold licenses. Contractors can search for license holders in any state, retain the licenses for a minimal cost, and qualify a company for a contractor’s license nationwide. Visit the site at http://members. aol.com/galahvacr/hvacr.htm, e-mail at lahvacr@aol.com, or call 813/264-1080.
