Rebuilding Together[r], a national, nonprofit, volunteer organization that helps low-income homeowners, the elderly and disabled with PHC repairs, recently joined forces with the Plumbing Industry Council, a local PHCC chapter in St. Louis, and the Local No. 562 to provide plumbing repairs to 59 needy families in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
