Published since 1993, PHC Profit Report formerly was a paid-subscription monthly newsletter selling for $197 a year. At its peak it had more than 1,000 subscribers, and was a six-time winner of national newsletter awards, including one of three 1996 Apex "Grand Awards" selected out of 834 entries.
Noted for its breezy writing style and information found nowhere else, the newsletter switched from print to an online format in June 2001. Until now it was limited only to paid subscribers. A new business model has evolved in which the e-newsletter will be available to anyone who wants to receive it on a weekly basis. Editions take no more than five minutes to read.
