Jacuzzi Inc. acquires Gatsby Spas in June for $17 million.

Jacuzzi Inc., a subsidiary of U.S. Industries Inc., acquired Gatsby Spas Inc. in June for $17 million cash to complement its other two spa companies, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath and Sundance.
