Vivendi Fuses PSG & U.S. Filter

Paris-based Vivendi Water combined the operations of two North American water-outsourcing companies: U.S. Filter's Operating Services Group and Générale des Eaux's Professional Services Group (PSG). Vivendi bought U.S. Filter in March for $6.2 billion.
