Connecticut Law Brings Changes For Subcontractors

Connecticut's Fairness in Financing in the Construction Industry Act (Public Act 66-153) improves prompt payment and lien laws, including a requirement for payments to be made for furnished labor and materials within 15 days of payment request at all tiers of construction work.
