SJE, Inc. announced the acquisition of Wilson Controls, LLC, a provider of automation and control solutions for water, wastewater, and environmental applications. The acquisition expands SJE's PLC and SCADA systems integration, instrumentation, and UL-listed control panel capabilities while strengthening the company's presence across New England.

Located in Lee, New Hampshire, Wilson Controls was founded in 2012. The company engineers, programs, integrates, and supports PLC and SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control panels. Its UL 508A and UL 698A panel capabilities serve municipal and industrial customers throughout New England and beyond.

“Wilson Controls is a strong strategic fit for SJE,” said Bjorn Haldorsen, CEO of SJE. “Their engineering expertise, regional customer relationships, and complete automation solutions complement our Engineered Control Solutions business. Together, we can offer customers broader capabilities backed by responsive service.”

“Wilson Controls has always focused on understanding each customer's process and delivering a reliable system that meets the project's requirements,” said Scott E. Drapeau, P.E., owner of Wilson Controls. “Joining SJE gives our team additional resources while preserving the technical focus and customer commitment that define our work.”

“Wilson Controls adds experienced automation professionals and an important New England presence,” said Andy Wilson, President of SJE's Engineered Control Solutions Division. “Their strengths in PLC and SCADA integration, instrumentation, and UL-listed panel fabrication align closely with our work for water, wastewater, and industrial customers.”

“SJE remains focused on delivering reliable control and automation solutions for critical infrastructure,” said Haldorsen. “Wilson Controls helps us support more customers from engineering and panel fabrication through programming, startup, training, and long-term service.”
