The partnership expands Ferrer's service territory into East Central Indiana and creates a foundation for future growth in western Ohio. Customers in the region will have access to Ferrer's full range of HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and plumbing services while continuing to receive the reliable service they know and trust.

"Terrance and I share similar backgrounds. We both started in the trades right out of high school, and I have a great deal of respect for what he has built. As part of this transition, Whitehead is working closely with Ferrer to ensure continuity for customers while he and his family prepare to relocate to Madison, Indiana, where he plans to pursue new business opportunities.

Ferrer will continue operating from Triple J's New Castle office during a 90-day transition period before opening a permanent Ferrer location in the area. Whitehead will remain actively involved during that time to help ensure a smooth and seamless experience for customers.
