Top 40 Under 40 Next Gen All-Star Competition Officially Open

The time has come! Nominations are officially open for the 2026 Plumbing & Mechanical and Supply House Times Top 40 Under 40 Next Gen All-Star competition.

But this year we’re doing things a bit different. Rather than selecting a separate "Top 20 Under 40" winners for each publication as we've done in years past, Plumbing & Mechanical and Supply House Times are joining forces to recognize one outstanding class of "Top 40 Under 40" rising industry professionals. The best of both worlds.

That means even greater recognition for this year's honorees. All 40 winners will be featured across both brands, which includes both websites, social media channels, and print publications, giving them twice the amount of visibility throughout the plumbing and PVF industries.

Whether they're contractors, engineers, technicians, distributors, manufacturers, educators, suppliers or another type of plumbing industry professional, we're looking to recognize the next generation of industry leaders. The goal? To celebrate and highlight those making an impact today, while helping shape the future of the industry. And we need your help to do it.

So, do you know someone who deserves the spotlight? Did someone pop into your head while reading this? Now is the time to nominate them.
