Watts has announced its “Fast Track to Labor Savings” eLearning campaign with dozens of bite-sized modules on Watts Works Online (many available in Spanish and French), designed to help professionals better meet the challenges of today’s jobsites. This portfolio of labor-saving solutions is built to deliver practical, job-ready knowledge to help contractors, engineers and installers save time from foundation through finish.

“In the fast-paced and labor-constrained environment we are all facing today, it is more important than ever to know how to get work done faster, be more efficient, and keep projects moving with confidence,” said Gregory Gyorda, director of employee and customer training at Watts Water Technologies. “Whether you’re a contractor, engineer, facility team, counter staff, or new to the industry, there’s relevant, high-impact training available to help you save time from project start to finish.”

The “Watts Works” online training platform offers dozens of on-demand eLearning modules covering topics in the industry, including digital mixing, balancing valves, backflow prevention, drainage solutions, commercial washroom systems, smart & connected solutions, scale prevention and more.

Participants can earn credits for completing each module, and those who complete 20+ modules during this campaign will receive a Beach Side Deluxe 36-Can Event Cooler. To participate in the “Fast Track to Labor Savings” campaign, visit training.watts.com.

Hands-on training at Watts Works Learning Centers

To complement these online learning opportunities, Watts also offers in-person sessions at its Learning Centers, providing immersive, hands-on experiences for plumbing industry professionals. The Horne Learning Center in North Andover, Massachusetts, serves as the company’s flagship training facility and a cornerstone of its education program. Established in 2016, the Horne Center offers a fully interactive environment where contractors can engage directly with working mechanical rooms, pressurized water labs, and live product demonstrations. Participants gain firsthand experience with Watts’ drainage, backflow prevention, and water quality solutions while exploring system designs that emphasize installation efficiency and safety.
