IMARK announced the formation of Current Distribution Group (CDG), a milestone that introduces a unified parent organization designed to support and accelerate growth across its expanding family of vertical market platforms.

Current Distribution Group will serve as the parent organization for several dedicated vertical platforms, including IMARK Plumbing, IMARK HVAC, Luxury Products Group, Empower Electrical, Victory Irrigation, Victory Waterworks and Victory PVF.

The Victory-branded platforms — Victory Irrigation, Victory Waterworks, and Victory PVF — represent the continued advancement and rebranding of IMARK’s long-established irrigation, waterworks, and pipe, valves and fittings verticals. This transition reflects a broader strategic initiative to strengthen market positioning while maintaining the trusted programs, relationships, and member-focused support that have driven success in these industries.

At the same time, the introduction of IMARK HVAC and Empower Electrical marks an expansion for Current Distribution Group into new and high-growth sectors.

Through Current Distribution Group, each vertical will maintain its dedicated focus, leadership and tailored programming while benefiting from shared strategic resources, enhanced digital capabilities, expanded learning and development initiatives, and stronger cross-industry collaboration.
