Business Development Resources (BDR) celebrated a season of its Profit Launch business planning workshops while announcing dates for the 2026 sessions.

The three-day experience guides home service leadership teams through the development of a comprehensive business plan. Through a series of sessions and hands-on exercises, participants work alongside BDR’s coaching staff to map out strategies related to operations, marketing, sales, service, financial planning and leadership development.

Over the past year, more than 750 HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home service professionals from across the United States attended live virtual Profit Launch workshops to build their plan for the year.

“Profit Launch continues to be a marquee event for contractors who are ready to build their future in a strategic and disciplined way,” said Tammy Vasquez, vice president of coaching for BDR. “The collaborative workshop format allows teams to immediately apply insights from each session, and to leave with a business plan in hand that will guide them to success – both this year and in the years to come.”

• Oct. 28 – Oct. 30
• Nov. 4 – Nov. 6
• Nov. 18 – Nov. 20
