Lochinvar announced its newest addition to its family of commercial water heating technology with the Regent commercial tankless water heater. Built to handle dynamic heating loads, Regent tankless is available in three models ranging from 500,000 to 1,000,000 BTU/hr. Each unit achieves a thermal efficiency of up to 97% and features a turndown ratio of up to 25:1. This modulation range enables the Regent water heater to adapt to shifting system demands. This RealTime O2 Trim technology system utilizes feedforward and feedback data for automatic combustion trimming, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Further responsiveness is provided by an Ultrasonic Flow Sensor, which detects flow changes instantly. 

The Regent unit features a Lochinvar-exclusive single water-tube, stainless steel heat exchanger and an internal circulating pump to maintain high-velocity flow. For large-scale applications, the system offers scalability with the ability to cascade up to eight units.
