Plumbing Outfitters began with a mission. Warren and Ashely Stroud set out to "set the new standard in plumbing services for the communities." What started as a one-person endeavor has grown into a team of 27 members; all of them committed to serving the Austin, Texas community with "expertise and care."

The company's fleet features 9 service cans, 2 install trucks and 6 support vehicles. All of them sport the nature-inspired wrap designed by Lemon Seed Marketing, featuring the company's "Wayfinder Wolf" mascot, who members of the community are sure to recognize at community events!

I have to agree that one of the most notable aspects of the truck is the happy, helpful-looking mascot. He's wearing the same uniform as the employees of the company who go out to serve their community, making him truly look like a part of the team! The sage-green throughout the truck is a unique look that's sure to draw your eye in; it's something that no one else in their market is doing.

According to Crystal Williams, CEO of Lemon Seed Marketing, she was inspired by the company's love for the great outdoors. "It is extremely important to Lemon Seed that we create brands that accurately represent our clients core values, and what makes them different from their competitors," She told me. "We were inspired by the beautiful landscape of their service area, the Texas Hill Country, and the owner’s love and passion for nature, physical challenges, their involvement with Boy Scouts and frequent visiting of state and national parks.

"We feel the outdoorsy, nature’s guide theme we created represents Plumbing Outfitters commitment to guiding the customer to the right solutions ... We think their new brand and truck design represent things that are important to them, fit their team’s culture, and their level of professionalism and expertise is reflected in the professional design. "

The truck also notably features a large compass. This, according to Warren Stroud, was an intentional choice with deeper meaning. "It was important to us to make the customer the hero, not us," He explained. "So, we wanted to highlight how plumbing needs are a journey, we’re just here to serve as your guide to reach a solution for your home’s comfort."

The arrowhead on the company's logo is also a nod to their previous design that Lemon Seed was able to incorporate into their updated one, according to Williams. Being able to show what makes the company unique was important to Williams. "The company’s owners and employees all love the great outdoors, hiking, fishing, enjoying nature. Their core values make them the CHAMPS of plumbing- Character, Humility, Accountability, Mindfulness, Precision & Surpassing Service. We think their new brand and truck design represent things that are important to them, fit their team’s culture, and their level of professionalism and expertise is reflected in the professional design."

Stroud notes that the rebrand has been very successful, and that people in the community often comment that they see the trucks everywhere, and they love the mascot!
