CEO Warrior opens exclusive Road Warrior training to non-members

The training event will be held in New Jersey on August 12-14

advisors Jason Noel, left, and Kevin Hill, will lead the interactive program held Aug. 12-14 at the CEO Warrior headquarters in Eatontown, New Jersey.
July 22, 2025

CEO Warrior announced it will open its Road Warrior seminar to non-members and will host this training event Aug. 12-14 at the company’s headquarters at 19 Christopher Way in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Road Warrior is a three-day training event designed for field and service agents who spend most of their working day on the road and in customer homes. The seminar’s objective is to help field and service technicians enhance the overall customer experience by better explaining the work to be performed, identifying future product and service needs and properly representing the company’s brand.

“Normally, we reserve this type of proven home service business coaching for our CEO Warrior members,” said CEO Warrior CEO Scott August. “But this time, we decided we wanted to give non-members the opportunity to work with our team of industry experts to master their skills. This way they get to experience the type of hands-on training their entire team could receive as CEO Warrior partners.”

CEO Warrior master advisors Jason Noel and Kevin Hill are slated to lead the intensive training that is tailor-made for multi-discipline home service companies.

Noel, who also serves as CEO Warrior’s director of advisement, has more than 20 years of experience in the home service industry. Under his leadership, he increased revenues for three separate companies ranging from $3 million to $30 million by implementing multiple effective processes.

Hill, who works as the company’s director of training, also has more than 20 years’ experience in the service industry. His leadership roles include sales manager, operations manager, general manager and business owner, and he led his teams to achieve significant milestones, including earning $5 million, $7 million and $10 million belts.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Prepare for visits to client homes.
  • Set expectations and prepare for the unexpected.
  • Provide customers with the right solutions while fulfilling the needs of the employer.
  • Educate homeowners by proactively providing valuable knowledge and resources. This not only raises the average ticket price, it also increases company revenue.

“This is not lecture-based learning,” August said. “At CEO Warrior, we believe most people learn by doing, and participants will spend the majority of their time at Road Warrior practicing and honing their skills.”

For more than 10 years, CEO Warrior has helped commercial, residential and property service contractors earn more than $1 billion in revenue. The Road Warrior event is included with a CEO Warrior membership, but is $1,997 per person for non-members. There is also a special CEO Warrior rate at several area hotels for participants.
