WaterFurnace International wraps successful Commercial National Sales Meeting

June 1, 2022

WaterFurnace International highlighted how it’s working to redefine the commercial HVAC market at its recent Commercial National Sales Meeting. Titled “Redefine” and held May 23-25, the event brought more than 150 commercial representatives of the company’s products from around the world to its hometown in Fort Wayne, Indiana. On Monday, WaterFurnace welcomed attendees to its state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facility for factory tours, a look at the company’s expanding product portfolio all under one giant tent, and an Innovation Area offering a tradeshow-like atmosphere with topic experts fielding customer questions on the most pressing challenges in the industry today and into the future. The evening culminated with a relaxing welcome reception featuring local cuisine and the opportunity to network with peers.

On Tuesday, WaterFurnace led attendees through a full day of learning, including an industry overview provided by WaterFurnace CEO John Thomas, followed by a series of breakout sessions from product and market experts. These breakout sessions were offered in a flexible format that allowed attendees to customize their learning experience and covered a range of topics, including how to best utilize domestic hot water products in their electrification and decarbonization projects, the new federal regulations and their potential impact, how to differentiate their product and service offering, an in-depth tour of the company's new product branding and tiering structure and much more.

Wednesday wrapped up the event with relaxation, networking and fun as attendees chose from a variety of local excursions, such as golf, the spa and winery, and one of Indiana’s premier sport shooting complexes.

“It has been an incredibly productive and successful week with our outstanding team,” said Paul Selking, vice president of commercial sales and marketing for WaterFurnace International. “We are grateful to our commercial representatives for making the trip – it was a thrill for us to be able to highlight the innovation and impact that takes place here in Fort Wayne. We’re growing at a substantial rate as the leader in clean HVAC technology solutions, so it’s always nice to be able to show our customers that in person.”
