NIBCO addresses customers in response to the COVID-19 crisis
NIBCO announced that they are committed to serving customers throughout COVID-19 and are remaining open for business. The company has adopted a COVID-19 task force, increased sanitation and cleanliness measures, eliminated nonessential business travel and are practicing social distancing in the workplace by offering work-from-home options and limiting outside visitors.
NIBCO’s manufacturing and distribution centers continue to operate full-time, ensuring uninterrupted service and support. Customers can get support via email, phone calls and virtual meetings between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST.
NIBCO’s leadership will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow guidelines from national and local governments and the CDC. They will adjust operations according to developments and government mandates going forward.
