QSC and RPA sessions at PHCCCONNECT2019

Targeted specifically for p-h-c contractors and managers, PHCCCONNECT2019 is co-locating with the 2019 RSES Conference & HVACR Technology Expo and RPA joins again to host radiant/hydronics education tracks. October 1st, 2019 | 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: QSC Continental Breakfast and Behind-the-Scenes Tours of the Indiana University Natatorium and the St. Vincent Dolphin Pavilion at the Indianapolis Zoo

These informative behind-the-scenes tours will offer QSC Members the opportunity to see the workings of two of Indianapolis’ incredible facilities. The IU Natatorium, completed in 1982, has been recognized as one of the fastest pools in the world with World and American records having been set by athletes from many countries.

Also featured during this QSC Members-Only activity will be the St. Vincent Dolphin Pavilion at Indianapolis Zoo, boasting the nation's largest Shark Touch Pool and the world's only underwater dolphin viewing dome. Continental Breakfast and transportation will be provided. Don't miss out on this unforgettable opportunity! Registration is limited. Pre-registration is required.

October 1st, 2019 | 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: QSC Commercial Service Peer Group Discussion

QSC Business Coach Beth Dobkin and QSC Board Member Deidra McElroy will lead open and informative discussions among contractors who have a commercial base of at least 50%. Topics will include issues that are common to the commercial contractor that aren’t standard for a residential contractor.

Joe Hodes, president of Hodes Company and an active and supportive QSC Associate member, will deliver this hour-long anecdotal session that will assist attendees in improving inventory control systems, helping them communicate the importance of inventory management with their staff, and a host of other “tricks of the trade” regarding effective control tips and best practices. Joe designed the processes and the systems that he will present as they were based on his first-hand experiences. “I hated seeing too many service companies and contractors waste time and money on parts management” says Hodes. “As a distributor, one of our core areas of expertise is inventory control; it’s what we do all day, every day.” Learn from this industry veteran during this presentation and prepare to be more successful in this area of your business.
