Real Time Reviews, a leading online review and reputation management solution provider, has partnered with SkyBoss, a management software provider for field service companies, to streamline the customer review process and improve SkyBoss user reputations.
The first factor potential customers use to judge a business is their star rating. If a business has bad ratings or reviews, it’s guaranteed that they are losing business. By integrating Real Time Reviews into their platform, home service companies that use SkyBoss will be able to easily obtain positive reviews from satisfied customers.

When a technician finishes an invoice in SkyBoss, the review request is sent out automatically to the customer with no further action needed by the technician. The technician also has the option to simply click on the Real Time Review app, and the customer can post a review right on the spot.
“In a few seconds, customers can be bragging about your business,” Wells said.
The integration of Real Time Reviews with SkyBoss allows customers to select which platform they post the review to — Google, Facebook, or other industry-specific platforms — and ensures that no matter what platform customers use to find a home service company, positive reviews are there.
