Nexstar Network is pleased to announce the addition of Accountant Michelle Dickhausen, Creative Services Manager Carrie Fraser and Meeting and Event Planner Alexa Bacuetes to its growing team.

Nexstar is enjoying growth among its membership, which, in turn, results in company growth, said Nexstar Vice President of Operations Julian Scadden.

“We are not simply growing for growth’s sake, we are growing because our members’ businesses are high-performing, and we continue to refine our offerings,” Scadden said. “The compounding effect of adding more brilliant professionals to serve our members only helps them to be more successful, and result in them using more of our services. We are truly grateful for our members, as well as our new staff additions.”

Fraser comes to Nexstar having lead and managed creative projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies. In her role as creative services manager, she will provide creative vision and strategic planning for the creative services team at Nexstar.

“I’m incredibly excited to join Nexstar Network and am impressed with the level of passion that the entire team brings to the table,” Fraser said. “I’m looking forward to building relationships with our members, and am excited to provide effective brand communications to help our members’ businesses thrive.”

Dickhausen has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is working toward her master’s. She is most excited to work for Nexstar because of the culture.

“Everyone comes to work every day with a smile on their face ready to help members in any way that they can,” Dickhausen said.” The employees here really have that ‘members first’ mentality which is contagious.”

Bacuetes hails from California, where she worked for leading exhibition companies and hotels, including the San Diego Bayfront.

“I’m excited about working for this organization because we offer solutions that enable our members to be successful in their personal and professional lives!” Bacuetes said. “I hope to execute flawless events that provide optimal learning and training experiences for our members.”

Dickhausen, Fraser and Bacuetes join a team of 40 dedicated coaches, trainers and support staff who work with plumbing, HVAC and electrical residential service contractors to help them improve their businesses.
