Steven Ryan is the program manager for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star-labeled office equipment, roofing, water heaters, pool pumps and HVAC products. He joined the sales and marketing team at the Energy Star Labeling Branch in June 1999. Ryan also manages a national initiative called The Low Carbon IT Campaign that promotes computer and information technology efficiency in organizations.
