Viola has more than 25 years of senior management experience within the plumbing and mechanical industry. 

Plumbing & Mechanical recently had the chance to interview International Code Council CEO Dominic Sims about the current landscape for codes and standards and the plumbing industry overall. 

Since 1926, IAPMO has protected the public’s health and safety through its codes and standards activities. 

The publication is based on study, research and discussions from the Code Council’s membership, partners and industry experts.

Yates will serve in the general interest category for a term of two years.

ICC will release its 2021 I-Codes in October.

Meetings are held via teleconference with occasional face-to-face meetings when appropriate and permitted pursuant to applicable health regulations.

The results of these votes will be published in the Report on Comments, to be published for review in September.
