CEC sets water efficiency standards that go beyond WaterSense.

“Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get.” As true as this statement is about life, I find it even more accurate when entering public restrooms.

As a senior plumbing and mechanical inspector for the City of San Francisco I enforce the California Plumbing Code, (California adopts by incorporation, and amends the Uniform Plumbing Code, hereinafter CPC and UPC).
