Zurn Industries announces its acquisition of the assets of Just Manufacturing, a manufacturer of stainless-steel designer and engineered sinks, commercial faucets and accessories.
Goettl will continue providing plumbing services under the Will’s All Pro name and will introduce the Goettl Air Conditioning brand to San Antonio and surrounding markets in the first quarter of 2020.
The sale is subject to regulatory approval. Both parties agreed not to disclose the price and terms of the deal, and anticipate a completion of the transaction over the coming weeks.
