Massachusetts town offers interest-free loans to replace heating systems

The Housing Division of Sommerville, Mass., is
currently accepting applications for itsHeating
System Replacement Program, which supplies interest-free loans of up
to $4,500 to replace a faulty or inefficient heating system for owner-occupant
homeowners, reports the Sommerville News.
Loan eligibility criteria
include total gross income for the household and number of residents.
