Emergency Bill Would Grant Heating Fuel Loans to Consumers

According to NEFI, an emergency home heating
loan bill has been introduced byPaul Kanjorski (D-PA). H.R. 6920 would
guarantee loans for up to $5,000 for consumers who did not exceed 150% of
median household income for 2008 or 2009. Funds may go directly to supplier.
