Clockwork Home Services names Cory Byzewski VP of company owned operations
Byzewski joins Clockwork with over 20 years of business leadership experience, the last seven of which have been with Direct Energy.
Cory Byzewski will join the Clockwork Home Services team effective Dec. 1 as vice president of company owned operations. Byzewski joins Clockwork with more than 20 years of business leadership experience, the last seven of which have been with Direct Energy, one of North America's largest energy and energy-related services providers.
Currently, Byzewski holds the role of vice president and general manager for Direct Energy Residential in Pittsburgh where he has led the northern U.S. territory. Since assuming this role three years ago, Byzewski’s teams have tripled their customer base to more than one million, improved their customer satisfaction score by more than 20 points (based on the Net Promoter customer loyalty metric), obtained high levels of employee engagement and delivered an increase in profitability by more than $50 million.
Byzewski’s team will be responsible for the growth and execution of the company owned locations for the One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electrical Services brands.
