Clockwork Home Services Names Executives
Both Richardson and Siers elected to two-year terms.
Clockwork Home Services announced the recent appointments of two executives at its Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating entities.
Keresa Richardson, a pioneering BFP franchise owner, will serve as the first franchisee-elected president of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
Richardson and her husband, J.R., opened their first BFP franchise in 2000 and now have 30 employees in their Dallas franchise. They also own a franchise in San Antonio and were slated to open another in Houston this month.
In other Clockwork news, Lenny Siers will also serve as the first franchisee-elected president of One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Siers, who spent eight years in the Air Force, led his Niceville, Fla., franchise to $5.6 million in sales last year.
Both Richardson and Siers were elected to two-year terms effective immediately.
