  • A. O. Smith Corp. elected President and COO Ajita G. Rajendra to its board of directors. He was named president of the Milwaukee-based water technology company in August 2011.

  • Delta Faucet Co. announced Richard O’Reagan will take over as president of Delta, succeeding Keith Allman, who was named as parent Masco’s new group president. Previously, O’Reagan was vice president of sales at Delta.

  • Eemax recently launched its building information modeling product models that are built in native Autodesk Revit format. Eemax product models can be downloaded from the newly created BIM Product Library at www.eemax.com/BIM-Revit. Building professionals can simply choose the model they want to specify for their project.

  • Hansgrohe updated is website with the new “Hansgrohe PRO” portal, which caters to the needs of architects, designers and the trade. It will also incorporate helpful and interactive features such as design and trend ideas, planning programs, a Water Savings Calculator, as well as easy access to the company’s social media pages and feeds.

  • Global private equity firm Advent International has closed a significant majority investment in plumbing and HVAC distributor Morrison Supply Co. Advent Operating Partner Chip Hornsby, former CEO of Wolseley plc, will join the company as CEO. Scott Sangalli, Morrison’s former CEO, will continue as an investor in the company.
    Darrell Hawkins and Charlie Allen will continue in their roles as president and CFO, respectively, and remain investors in the company. Advent Operating Partner Wes Clark, former president and COO of W.W. Grainger, will join the company as nonexecutive chairman.

  • Plumbing Manufacturers International elected Kohler Co.’s Stewart Yang as 2012 board president. Yang, Kohler’s vice president of engineering, faucet design, has served a variety of positions on the PMI board since 2008, including treasurer, second vice president and first vice president.
