Franchise Owners To Elect First-Ever Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Presidents
Tab Hunter is out, but successful
franchise owners will be chosen to lead Clockwork Home Services’ brands for
two-year terms.
Clockwork Home Services Inc. announced at its recent annual Congress meeting of the franchisees of One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky, that franchisees will now have the opportunity to elect a new president for each of the company’s franchise brands.
The newly elected presidents will each serve a two-year term beginning in January 2010. Candidates for these positions will be nominated from existing successful franchisees of each brand.
Tab Hunter, who had been the president of franchise operations for Clockwork, will be available to assist the company in a consulting role.
Clockwork President and CEO Jim Abrams stated it makes sense to elevate a successful franchise owner to the post of president. “We are extremely excited to have these highly successful individuals share their knowledge, experience and strategies with all of the franchisees,” he said. “In the end, Clockwork and the franchisees should benefit tremendously from this arrangement.”
