Chicago Faucets ECAST Line Meets California Lead-Free Standards
ECast was developed
specifically to meet the AB1953 standard requiring faucets not to exceed a total weighted average of 0.25
percent maximum lead content.
In response to California Assembly Bill 1953, which establishes new lead content levels for faucets, pipes and plumbing fittings, Chicago Faucets introduces its ECAST line. It provides a complete offering of durable, high-quality brass faucets and fixtures - including deckmounted and wall-mounted faucets, metering faucets, stop valves, specialty fittings and bubblers.
The line was developed specifically to meet the AB1953 standard requiring faucets intended to dispense water for human consumption must not exceed a total weighted average of 0.25 percent maximum lead content.
