Sept. 6, 2007 - New Plumbing Blog Invites Reader Comments
Plumbing & Mechanical and its sister publications, Supply House Times and PM Engineer, are collaborating on a new plumbing industry blog at MyPlumbingPortal.com, and it invites readers to comment on the editors’ postings.
What is a blog?
Blog is short for “weblog.” A weblog could be viewed as a journal (or diary) that is frequently updated and intended for public consumption. Blogs generally represent the writer’s personality and can be used as a daily pulpit on current events.
PM’s plumbing blog is a collaborative space that deals not only with breaking news, but delves into the issues and questions that surround the plumbing industry - sometimes serious, sometimes frivolous.
In this new format, readers are able to comment on the updated entries by the editors, so the MyPlumbingPortal.com blog will become a community site, where ideas are created and shared.
To read the latest postings from editors such as Jim Olsztynski and Steve Smith, visit www.myplumbingportal.com/blog. If a topic strikes your fancy, go ahead and comment! The editors - and others - are ready to hear from you.
